CCSMS is a non-profit organization serving individuals in Columbia County with healthy meals and healthy lifestyles.  Our services are designed to meet the needs of the elderly, handicapped individuals in Columbia County. CCSMS provides socialization, transportation, HDM (home delivered meals) and Elder Choice program in Columbia County.
